Sneak Peek: Danny & Sangeeta’s Wedding at Casa Blanca

This weekend I had the pleasure to photograph another Indian wedding at a wonderful venue in Round Rock called Casa Blanca. Matt & Cori’s Wedding Photos @ Terrace Club in Austin

Last Saturday I had a wonderful opportunity to photograph another wedding photographer’s wedding at The Terrace Club in Austin. You might remember the time lapse wedding video that I created of Matt’s wedding in my last post, well here are the actual photos that I took during the day. I had a wonderful time at the wedding got some amazing photos. I posted a few more images than I normally do because I knew so many of guest at the wedding and I couldn’t narrow them down. Austin Wedding Photography: Matt & Cori @ The Terrace Club

Saturday I had the distinct honor to photograph the wedding of another Austin Wedding Photographer, Matt Montalvo. I wanted to make something truly unique, so I produced a time lapse video of the whole wedding, which took place at The Terrace Club in Austin, Texas. The video was created entirely out of still images, taken with my canon 40d and 5d MarkII. I can honsetly say that this was one of the most entertaining, fun, crazy wedding I have ever attended. That’s because, we photographers and wedding industry folk know how to party! Some of the rockstar guest/vendors included, Francis Cruzada, Sweet Caroline, Arol Horkavy, Matt Montalvo(the groom), Richard Lizama, and Joel from GreenBelt DJ (Highly Recommended)

This video was made using still images taken with my Canon 40d and 5d MarkII. It spans about 6 hrs during the wedding day…

Austin Wedding Photography: Vista on Seward Hill

Last week I had the chance to shoot another Austin wedding with Caroline at Vista on Seward Hill. This is one of my favorite outdoor wedding venues in the Austin area. I love the “stone courtyard, complete with European statues. It’s a very romantic and elegant location to exchange your wedding vows. Its three-tiered fountain and four columns of fire contribute to the Old World Tuscany Charm.” You may recognize the setting from a wedding I photographed a couple months ago. DIY Fall Wedding in Huntsville

January and February are typically dead months for weddings, but it gives me a chance to catch up on some old wedding that I never posted. This one took place back in November of 2009. I had the opportunity to second shoot for my girlfriend Caroline in Huntsville, Texas. The wedding was held at the Huntsville State Park a couple hrs from Houston. The whole family pitched in to help decorate and make this wedding special. Everything from the pumpkin decor to the delicious horchata was crafted by family and friends in attendance of the wedding. It turned out great and, as you can see, you don’t have to spend a lot of money to make your wedding special. All you need is a creative eye and a lot of helping hands.
