Austin Texas... (well the best city in Texas anyway). I began shooting weddings fulltime after I recieved my BFA in Photography from Texas State University. My style is a mixture of fine art portraiture, photojournalism and environmental photography.

Austin Engagement Photography: Danielle + Kyle

I love to shoot engagement photos in Downtown Austin! Danielle & Kyle are getting married in Austin on April 10th, 2010. They were really fun to work with. We started at Butler park, near the Long Center, and made our way closer to Downtown Austin. I could not have asked for better weather! It was a perfect day and many people were out and about enjoying Austin’s beautiful parks. This was my first shoot with my new lens (70-200mm 2.8 IS) and I think I fell in love! Great lens! I can’t wait for the wedding!

Austin wedding at the St. Albert the Great Catholic Church | Austin Wedding Photographer Ben Godkin Photo - [...] Danielle & Kyle got married at the St. Albert the Great Catholic Church in Austin Texas. It turned out to be a beautiful day in Austin and the clouds were spectacular! After the wedding I took the whole bridal party out to the Lake for some epic bridal party photos.
