Last Saturday I had a wonderful opportunity to photograph another wedding photographer’s wedding at The Terrace Club in Austin. You might remember the time lapse wedding video that I created of Matt’s wedding in my last post, well here are the actual photos that I took during the day. I had a wonderful time at the wedding got some amazing photos. I posted a few more images than I normally do because I knew so many of guest at the wedding and I couldn’t narrow them down. You obviously have a masterful grasp on lighting, what gorgeous photographs! I love the photograph of the ring bearer with the bridesmaids- it’s like his face is saying “I have to stand with the GIRLS?”
Ben this is a fantastic set. The energy in the reception shots and the great use of the slow shutter with a strobe are incredible. Also the detail shots of the rings are beautiful.

Saturday I had the distinct honor to photograph the wedding of another Austin Wedding Photographer, Matt Montalvo. I wanted to make something truly unique, so I produced a time lapse video of the whole wedding, which took place at The Terrace Club in Austin, Texas. The video was created entirely out of still images, taken with my canon 40d and 5d MarkII. I can honsetly say that this was one of the most entertaining, fun, crazy wedding I have ever attended. That’s because, we photographers and wedding industry folk know how to party! Some of the rockstar guest/vendors included, Francis Cruzada, Sweet Caroline, Arol Horkavy, Matt Montalvo(the groom), Richard Lizama, and Joel from GreenBelt DJ (Highly Recommended)

This video was made using still images taken with my Canon 40d and 5d MarkII. It spans about 6 hrs during the wedding day…
